The tulip tops make the cupcakes look so much prettier than they would have been in normal cupcake liners.Right out of the packaging, they were a little more flimsy than I would have expected. The paper looks like it was mechanically folded or pushed into a mold. The folds themselves are not stuck together, so if you pull too hard they will flatten out a bit. You definitely need to put these liners in a cupcake pan. They will fall apart and flatten out if you pour batter in and they're not in molds. They're pretty pricey for cupcake liners, but if you only use them once in awhile to make things extra pretty, I think they are perfect and worth their money.
